The successful candidate will drive sales, lead an Inside Sales team, and support technical design-in activities across Southern Europe. Responsibilities include managing customer contracts and organizing technical seminars. A technical degree and fluency in Italian are essential. A competitive salary and bonus structure are offered.

Salary : €70k - €90k + 25% bonus + company car

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager where you will drive sales, lead an Inside Sales team, and support technical design-in activities across Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

Grow sales of ferrite components and magnetic accessories Lead annual contract discussions with strategic customers Support design-in projects and collaborate with field engineering teams Manage the Milan-based Inside Sales team Organize and contribute to technical seminars and roadshows

Requirements :

Successful track record selling ferrites components whilst designing in. Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronic engineering Fluent in Italian and strong command of English Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office tools
