Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all sales activities in international markets and managing the existing customer base. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring the achievement of the company’s sales, margin, and credit targets.

Customer Engagement:

  • Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
  • Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract conclusion
  • Maintaining and updating master data in the CRM system
  • Communicating proactively with customers regarding overdue payments and breaches of contract
  • Implementing and following up on price adjustments
  • Ensuring full utilization of production through sufficient projects

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer proximity by being on-site and understanding their needs
  • Contributing to annual budget and forecast preparations
  • Conducting market development and competition analyses
  • Achieving sales targets while respecting profit margins, customer conditions, and budgets

Team Collaboration:

Collaborating actively with the sales team and the project management team within LIKUM Group.

Corporate Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Fostering collaboration and cooperation among all employees
  • Acting as the management contact for all sales-related issues

Your Profile:

Experience:

  • Experience in sales with knowledge of toolmaking, injection molding, and/or plastic parts in the automotive industry
  • Experience with international contracts
