Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Create plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Market analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team leadership: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet targets.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for successful sales initiatives.
  • Event participation: Represent the hotel at industry events to promote and attract business.
  • Sales metrics monitoring: Analyze data to improve sales performance.
  • Budget management: Oversee sales-related budgets and expenses.

Qualifications and Requirements
