With a strong market presence and a commitment to innovation, our client seeks a dynamic individual to drive growth in the local market and improve the overall performance of the branch.

Principali responsabilità :

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of five sales agents.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase local sales.
• Establish a structured and methodical sales approach for the department.
• Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress against sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Ensure that the team maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar leadership position.
