JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., a production company headquartered in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. The group also has locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. We specialize in high-quality paper packaging with a focus on innovation, supported by our own design and development department. We serve private labels and renowned brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and strengthen the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
• Manage sales and support processes to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
• Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.

Required Skills

• Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
• Experience in the packaging industry.
