The ideal candidate will possess extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in the packaging sector, and will be responsible for fostering customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Both freelance and employment options are available with performance-based compensation.

JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience, and additional locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. We focus on first-class quality, innovation, and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging. We are an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of custom-developed packaging solutions in Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
  • Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  • Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.

Required Skills

  • Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers in cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic country language and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Experience in the packaging industry.

  • Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and / or Dongguan, China.
