Lovol Global invites a dynamic Market Development Manager to lead Italy market development, dealer network management, and brand promotion for its agricultural machinery. You will conduct market research, establish regional marketing plans, and execute local activities to achieve sales targets.

Based in Italy, you will coordinate with local distributors, oversee inventory of complete machines and spare parts, and travel frequently across Italy to ensure successful market expansion.

About the Role

You will take full ownership of market development, channel management, brand promotion and sales operations for our agricultural machinery business in Italy. You will conduct market research, develop and manage the dealer network, execute local marketing activities and achieve regional sales targets. You will also be responsible for inventory management of complete machines and spare parts.

Responsibilities

Market Research Marketing Planning

• Research Italy's local market, industry policies and competitor trends.
• Organize on-site product testing.
• Formulate and implement regional market development plans and sales policies.
• Continuously monitor competitors and deliver analytical insights to support business decisions.

Channel Development Dealer Management

• Develop, maintain and manage local distribution channels.
• Recruit, train and support Italian dealers.
• Oversee inventory management of complete machines and spare parts.

Brand Building Marketing Execution

• Lead local brand promotion, including new media operations, exhibitions, dealer conferences and other offline marketing activities.
• Conduct end-user brand communication.
• Design and launch promotional campaigns jointly with dealers.

Sales Operations Risk Control

• Submit order forecasts and achieve regional sales targets.
• Lead business negotiations and contract signing.
• Follow up payment collection, manage dealer credit risks and promote agricultural machinery financial services.
• Analyze dealers' demands for credit policies and implement risk prevention solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid working experience in marketing and channel sales.
• Candidates with background in agricultural machinery / construction machinery are highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Italy's agricultural machinery market and local dealer operation system.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Italian.
• Able to conduct independent market expansion, cross-functional coordination and marketing event planning.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and risk awareness; you are result-oriented and available for frequent business travel within Italy.
