About the Role and the Team :

As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales and focus on cultivating strong relationships with Independent Agencies and Brands. You will be expected to actively engage with clients, champion Adform’s value proposition, and customize solutions to meet client objectives.

We’re seeking a candidate with an established network in the Italian digital industry, which will help expedite market expansion and streamline deal closures. Experience in Ad Tech sales is a significant advantage, as is the ability to navigate longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations. A key aspect of your role will be driving new business wins.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute sales strategies within the Italian market, targeting new business with agencies and brands.
  • Own the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to contract execution, while building a pipeline of high-quality leads and closing deals.
  • Apply a deep understanding of client needs and expert knowledge of Adform’s FLOW platform to tailor solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and translate them into strategies that highlight the value of Adform’s solutions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, increasing awareness of Adform’s technology and solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, product, legal, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Provide valuable market insights to nurture leads and build long-term relationships with clients based on trust.

Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of sales and account management experience within the programmatic field, working with agencies, direct clients, or publishers.
  • An extensive network within the Italian digital industry, enabling you to make an immediate impact.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong skills in planning, forecasting, and analyzing opportunities to ensure you meet and exceed your targets.
  • Experience studying or working in programmatic advertising and consulting clients on digital marketing strategies.
  • The ability to confidently present solutions and negotiate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centric attitude and strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian, with strong verbal and written skills.
  • A problem-solving, proactive, and structured approach.
