Your mission: Are you a results-driven B2B sales professional with a passion for technology and building meaningful client relationships?

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our fast-growing tech startup and help take our commercial strategy to the next level.

This is a high-impact role with direct visibility on the business, where you’ll help shape our client base and accelerate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities :

  1. Drive business development efforts to expand our customer portfolio.
  2. Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and demoing to closing deals, managing follow-ups, and keeping the CRM up to date.
  3. Present the company and its solutions with clarity and impact, both one-on-one and in group settings.
  4. Identify and secure up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  5. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  6. Build and nurture a strong network of contacts to grow our visibility and business footprint.
  7. Consistently meet — and aim to exceed — both quantitative and qualitative sales targets.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  2. A Professional Sales Manager with at least 8 / 10 years of experience.
  3. Strong command of SaaS sales techniques (subscription-based models, full sales cycle, demos, negotiation).
  4. Previous experience in Software Vendor environments (e.g., CRM, ERP, ITSM, PPM).
  5. Skilled in managing leads, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer portfolios.
  6. Confident using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  7. Driver’s license (Category B); ideally with access to a car.
  8. Bonus points if familiar with CCS sales methodology and BANT qualification framework.
  9. High emotional intelligence and strong active listening skills.
  10. Natural problem-solver and collaborative team player.
  11. Agile mindset, adaptable to change and fast-paced environments.
  12. Relentless customer focus and a goal-oriented attitude.
