The Sales Manager will maintain and develop relationships with important clients, working closely with various departments to ensure positive relationships with key accounts related to Barberini Sun Solution and organization, with a particular focus on Lenses.

The scope of the Sales Manager’s role will be global, aiming to identify potential areas of business to focus on.

The Sales Manager must be flexible, able to operate in an organization focused on three principal areas (Milan, Città Sant’Angelo, Lauriano), and be prepared to visit customers regularly.

The responsibilities of the Sales Manager include growing the company's revenue by ensuring key clients are satisfied, identifying new business opportunities, and attending all relevant meetings, conventions, and training workshops.

  • Identify market potentials and analyze market and competition trends.
  • Create targeted customer strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key, financially significant clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations with key accounts (e.g., supply contracts).
  • Address and resolve key client complaints.
  • Serve as the main contact point between key clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet client needs.
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for teams and stakeholders.
  • Understand key client needs and prepare customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and meet deadlines for clients’ long-term goals.
  • Aim to establish BARBERINI as the preferred vendor.
  • Participate actively in events and trade fairs.
