What You’ll Do

As a Sales Manager, you will :

  1. Drive New Business: proactively identifying and winning new clients within media agencies
  2. Showcase Value: articulate and sell IAS’s full suite of measurement, optimization, and ROI solutions to agencies
  3. Build Relationships: cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across agencies and brands in the region, focusing on our central and southern Italy clients
  4. Achieve Targets: own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals as a key member of the region’s top-performing sales team
  5. Lead the Conversation: participate in industry events, webinars, and thought leadership opportunities to evangelize IAS’s value proposition
  6. Collaborate to Succeed: work closely with Customer Success to develop tailored growth strategies for key business portfolios
  7. Be Accountable: maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide insightful reporting on sales activities and forecasts

  6. Accountability: experience in delivering accurate and consistent sales forecasts using tools like Salesforce
  7. Team Spirit: collaborative and fun to work with, fitting into IAS’s high-performing sales culture
  8. Ability to travel frequently, especially to client and team meetings in Rome and Milan (this position can be located in Milan or Rome)
  9. Fluent in English and Italian
