We also have locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. Our focus on first-class quality, innovation, and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging makes us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of customized packaging solutions across Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
  • Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  • Report sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly.

Required Skills

  • Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Experience in the packaging industry.
