The resource is responsible for developing a sales team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently.
Her/him tasks include assigning sales territories, mentoring members of their sales team, assigning sales training and building sales plans.
The resource will directly manage Key Accounts, existing customers and hunt new customers in the assigned territories or segments.
