Sales Manager, Italy - On Demand Manufacturing Solution

We're seeking a dynamic individual to help our client establish and grow their presence in Italy . This role focuses on their groundbreaking on-demand manufacturing software solution . This position requires traveling to customers, offering an incredible opportunity to shape success and significantly impact a rapidly expanding business.

What You'll Do

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian manufacturing market.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on parts manufacturing for customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and aerospace .
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Italian industrial landscape.
  • Driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals for our client's software solutions.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to our client's overall revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Direct experience within the parts manufacturing sector , serving customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and / or aerospace industries .
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian market and business landscape.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with on-demand manufacturing solutions is a plus.
  • Risk appetite and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Base salary + uncapped commission (35% - 50% annual salary aprox.) + Company Car
