A leading company in the sustainable paperboard industry seeks a Sales Manager for its Milan office. The successful candidate will drive sales strategy and customer relationships for RDM's cartonboard products in North and Central Italy. This role requires a proven track record in sales, particularly within the paperboard industry, and offers a flexible hybrid working model along with various office perks.
RDM Group is seeking a Sales Manager to join the Sales WLC Team in Milan, Italy.
Reporting to the Head of Sales WLC South Europe & Overseas, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for selling RDM recycled cartonboard products in North and Central Italy to existing and new customers. The role involves defining and executing the sales strategy for the region in line with profitability objectives and the overall strategy set by the Regional Sales Director. The manager will collaborate closely with Liner Mills to meet P&L targets and serve as the key interface between mills, sales, customers, and internal services.
Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the paperboard or converting industry. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
