Sales Manager - Italy (Remote) - €50,000 - 65,000 + Benefits

Our client is a global leader in the design, development, and marketing of energy storage systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale (utility) applications. With operations in Italy, they continue to scale rapidly thanks to their cutting-edge third-generation technology, competitive pricing, and best-in-class after-sales service.

To support their strong growth trajectory in 2025 and beyond, they are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to take full ownership of the commercial activities of the Italian branch in the energy storage market.

Your Role:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting product evolution based on market demand.
• Generate and pursue new business leads across the Italian market.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and securing commercial contracts.
• Work closely with the technical team to inform product development based on market needs.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to expand brand visibility.

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in a commercial role within the renewable energy sector (preferably Solar PV or Battery Storage).
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and working independently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent Italian and strong English skills are required.
