A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Sales Manager for Replacement Sales in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy field and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships and overseeing sales strategies in the region.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in renewable energy and power electronics.
• Proficient in English and local languages; multilingual is a plus.
• Familiar with local business environments and industry customers.

• Oversee sales and market maintenance for PV inverters in Italy.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and follow up on payments.

Bachelor's degree or above

Descrizione del lavoro

1.Responsible for overseas sales and market maintenance of PV inverters and other products of the company in corresponding country or region, formulating sales plans and achieving sales targets

2. Develop and maintain customer and partner relationships, communicate, contact and negotiate with target customers, locate orders and follow up payment collection.

3. Analyze customer demand, research market information and customer demand, and collect feedback information.

Job requirements:

1.Full-time bachelor degree or above, at least 2 years working experience in renewable energy and power electronics field.

2. Have a good command of English which can be used as working language, local language proficiency, and multilingual is preferable.

3.Excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills, actively sensitive to customers’ feedback, and timely meet the needs and requirements of customers.

4.Familiar with the local business environment and industry customers, can adapt to cross-cultural communication
