A leading company in the solar industry is looking for an Account Sales Manager for Industrial First Fit in Italy. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and promoting the company’s brand. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in business development within the Solar PV sector, strong communication skills, and a proactive service attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets.
2. Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships.
3. Deeply understand clients needs, market & products trends, and competitors business status in the country.
4. In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies.
5. Other work assigned by BU leaders.
Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
1. College degree or above.
2. Proficient in both local and English language communication.
3. Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.
4. 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
5. Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
