Sales Manager, Italy - On Demand Manufacturing Solution

We're seeking a dynamic individual to help our client establish and grow their presence in Italy. This role focuses on their groundbreaking on-demand manufacturing software solution. It offers an incredible opportunity to shape success and significantly impact a rapidly expanding business through travel to customers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian manufacturing market.
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, focusing on parts manufacturing for customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and aerospace industries.
  3. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Italian industrial landscape.
  4. Driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals for our client's software solutions.
  5. Achieving and exceeding sales targets to contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Direct experience in parts manufacturing, serving customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and/or aerospace industries.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Italian market and business landscape.
  3. Fluency in English.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. A self-starter capable of working independently and remotely.
  6. Experience with on-demand manufacturing solutions is a plus.
  7. Risk appetite and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (approximately 35% - 50% of annual salary) + Company Car.
