Sales Manager, Italy - On Demand Manufacturing Solution

We're seeking a dynamic individual to help our client establish and grow their presence in Italy. This role focuses on their groundbreaking on-demand manufacturing software solution. It offers an incredible opportunity to travel to customers, shape success, and significantly impact a rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian manufacturing market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, focusing on parts manufacturing for customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and aerospace industries.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Italian industrial landscape.
  4. Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals for our client's software solutions.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

  1. Direct experience within the parts manufacturing sector, serving customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and/or aerospace industries.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Italian market and business landscape.
  3. Fluency in English and Italian.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. A self-starter capable of working independently and remotely.
  6. Experience with on-demand manufacturing solutions is a plus.
  7. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and risk appetite.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (approximately 35%-50% of annual salary) + Company Car
