A renewable energy solutions company in Como, Italy, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in foreign markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of international sales experience in the renewable energy sector and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships and representing the company at industry events.
Job responsibilities: Develop and expand foreign regional markets, identify potential customers, build long-term partnerships, and achieve sales targets; support in defining the market price and positioning of new Sermatec products according to customer demand and market conditions; drive business development in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and renewable energy sector, focusing on utility-scale and C&I customers; maintain and grow customer relationships by providing professional product presentations, technical-commercial discussions, and after-sales follow-up; represent Sermatec at international exhibitions, conferences, and customer events, and organize webinars and presentations for clients; monitor competitors, industry trends, and regulatory developments in Europe, and provide structured market feedback to management; collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
