Main Purpose and Scope of the Job

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead, organize, and coordinate activities within one of our business units. You will serve as the main point of contact for related projects. Reports To: Plant Manager & Sales Director

The resource will be placed in our Sales Department.

Skills and Abilities

• Leadership skills, including the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proven team leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Decision-making and prioritization skills
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels within the organization, as well as with customers and vendors

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the plastic machinery industry and sales or similar fields
• Experience in injection molding auxiliary machinery is preferred

Knowledge

• English language proficiency is mandatory
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in SAP
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Personal Attributes and Other Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
• Interest in sales and the plastics sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to South Asia
• Knowledge of the Italian language
