Overview

Sales Manager (Southern Italy) – Up to €50,000 (dependent upon experience) – Italy

The Role

The Sales Manager’s purpose is to strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships. The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ultimately contribute to the region’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in Southern Italy.

Nurture key accounts to maximize potential and build long-term partnerships.

Identify opportunities for collaboration and contribute to regional growth and success.

Qualifications
  • Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Willingness to travel across Southern Italy; valid driving license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
  • Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting would be advantageous.
