A leading company in the olive industry is seeking a dedicated sales professional to implement sales strategies and build client relationships in Puglia. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. This role involves remote work and traveling up to 70%, and offers an opportunity to grow within the sales domain.
Responsibilities : Implement the company's sales plan to achieve sales targets. Work closely with local partners to identify target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits. Collect, organize, and provide feedback on target market information. Establish deep customer relationships to promote re-purchase and referral introductions, thereby achieving sales growth. Responsible for establishing, storing, and classifying customer information.
Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in direct sales. Location: Italy - Puglia. Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads. Passionate about sales work, diligent, and proactive. Willing to work remotely and travel up to 70%. Strong team spirit, responsibility, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading). Hold a valid driving license.
Advantages : Experience in the olive industry, sales experience with NIR/instruments/equipment, or related fields. Degree in Engineering.
