The group also has locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. We specialize in high-quality paper packaging, emphasizing innovation and our own design and development department, making us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of custom-developed packaging to meet customer needs across Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and meet sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relationships with the customer base.
  • Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  • Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.
Required Skills
  • Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry, serving customers in cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and consumer electronics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the packaging industry.
