In this role, you will :

  • Develop and implement sales activities in international markets and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring the achievement of sales, margin, and credit targets.

Customer engagement :

  • Support existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract conclusion.
  • Maintain and update master data in the CRM system.
  • Communicate actively with customers regarding overdue payments and contract breaches.
  • Implement and follow up on price adjustments.
  • Ensure full utilization of production through sufficient projects.
  • Strategic responsibilities :

  • Maintain customer proximity by being on-site and understanding their needs.
  • Contribute to preparing the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Conduct market development and competition analyses.
  • Achieve sales targets while adhering to profit margins, customer conditions, and budgets.
  • Team collaboration :

    Work actively with the sales and project management teams within LIKUM Group.

  • Act as the management contact for all sales-related issues.
  • Your profile : Experience :

  • Experience in sales, especially in toolmaking, injection moulding, or plastic parts in the automotive industry.
