A leading company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Sales Professional to capture new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships. The role demands proficiency in both English and the local language, a strong track record in B2B sales, and the ability to travel. The ideal candidate will possess a background in business or related fields and be self-motivated with exceptional negotiation skills.

Competenze

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry.
  • Experience in multinational companies, proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency both in written and spoken English and local language.

Descrizione del lavoro

1、Capture new business opportunities to drive growth

2、Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customer

4、Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month

5、Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and Account receivable collections on time

6、100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection and after-sale service

7、Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs

8、Support marketing activities and communication, improve the brand image

9、Monitoring competitors’ pricing, NPIs and strategies

10、Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback the front-line information

11、Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region

1、Bachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fields

2、Good understanding of the distribution PV market

3、3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable Energy industry

4、Experience in working for multinational companies, global mindset

5、Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles

6、PV technical background is a plus

7、Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player

8、Strong negotiation and communication skills, can influence different customer level from procurement team to C-suite

9、A fast learner with street smart

2、Able to travel on a regular basis and / or abroad in a short notice
