JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of the production company Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. We also have locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. Our focus on first-class quality, innovation, and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging makes us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of custom-developed and produced packaging to meet customer needs in Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
  • Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  • Report sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly.

Required Skills

  • Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Experience in the packaging industry.

  • Option to work as a freelancer (commission-based & remote) or as an employee (remote).
  • Performance-based salary with potential annual increases, including base salary and bonuses.

  • Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and/or Dongguan, China.
  • Support from experienced sales colleagues even after the induction period.
