Position Summary
Please note: International and domestic travel is required for this role; a valid passport and ability to travel are necessary.
Position Responsibilities
- Execute annual goals and objectives of the Sales and Marketing plan for the Industrial Air Quality business unit within the assigned region to support AAF's growth plan.
- Plan and manage regional business activities to surpass regional bookings and sales targets.
- Implement sales promotions and marketing programs as directed by management.
- Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline in SalesForce.
- Serve as a regional contact for customer inquiries, providing quotations and support.
- Manage custom quotation needs by collaborating with sales management.
- Oversee agent/reseller/OEM/end-user sales performance to exceed quotas, monitoring activities and outcomes.
- Train and manage partners to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
- Collaborate with partners and engineers to include products in future projects and specifications.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers.
- Identify and manage regional OEM partnerships for AAF products.
- Focus on strategic key markets for new opportunities.
- Identify new applications and markets for products and suggest distribution channels.

Person Specification
Education, Qualifications, and Affiliations
Essential
- HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline / equivalent experience.
- Interest in technical studies and fields.
Desirable
- BEng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline / equivalent experience.
- Qualifications from an accredited institution may substitute experience on a year-for-year basis.
Licenses or Certifications
Essential
- Full driving license
- Valid full passport
Desirable
- Site-related qualifications, e.g., Passport to Safety.
- AutoCAD certification or experience.
Experience

- Relevant experience related to duties and responsibilities.
- Previous industrial sales experience, preferably in Air Pollution Control or similar industries.
- Experience in front-line selling roles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with software tools, preferably SalesForce.
Desirable
- Experience with environmental products.
- Experience selling industrial products with short to medium sales cycles.
- Knowledge of dust collection and filtration systems.
