The Role

We are looking for a Sales Lead .

This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and key member of a growing, well-funded startup. You will collaborate with Italy’s most premium and regarded restaurants. As a member of the local sales team, your role will focus on developing new relationships with restaurants.

More specifically, you will :

  • Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers.
  • Work directly with the Head of Sales to facilitate business meetings with high-profile restaurant groups.
  • Generate new business opportunities through meetings with restaurant groups.
  • Conduct business negotiations for acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • You must be comfortable targeting new business and have sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience speaking with partners face-to-face, via phone, or email.
  • Ability to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients.
  • Comfort with negotiations.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus.
