Le candidat idéal aura de l'expérience en ventes directes, surtout dans l'industrie de l'olive, et fera preuve de compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles. Competenze

Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for Sales in Apulia, Campania or Basilicata, Italy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement the company's sales plan to achieve sales targets;
  2. Work closely with local partners;
  3. Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits;
  4. Collect, organize, and feedback information on target markets;
  5. Establish deep customer relationships to promote re-purchase and referrals, achieving sales growth;
  6. Manage customer information, storage, and classification effectively.
Basic Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in direct sales;
  2. Must have experience in the olive industry;
  3. Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads;
  4. Passion for sales work, diligent, and proactive;
  5. Strong team spirit, responsibility, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
  6. Fluent in the local language and English (writing, speaking, listening, reading);
  7. Driving license category B.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in sales of NIR, instruments, equipment, or related fields.
