You will implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and work remotely with the possibility of extensive travel. Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for Sales in Apulia, Campania or Basilicata, Italy .

Responsibilities :

  • Implement the company's sales plan to achieve sales targets;
  • Work closely with local partners;
  • Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits;
  • Collect, organize, and feedback information on target markets;
  • Establish deep customer relationships to promote re-purchase and referrals, achieving sales growth;
  • Manage customer information, storage, and classification effectively.

Basic Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales;
  • Must have experience in the olive industry;
  • Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads;
  • Passion for sales work, diligent, and proactive;
  • Strong team spirit, responsibility, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in the local language and English (writing, speaking, listening, reading);
  • Driving license category B.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in sales of NIR, instruments, equipment, or related fields.
