Do you have long-term experience in technical B2B sales and share the enthusiasm to make the world smarter and more environmentally friendly in the field of building automation? And you're not yet a Loxonaut? Lets change that! Building automation involves the automatic control, regulation, monitoring, and optimization of functions such as shading, lighting, heating, and other technical building equipment in a smart integrated system. As a Business Developer and specialist in the field of home and building automation, you will be in charge to build up new Business. If you have a high performer attitude and you thrive for building automation products and technology you are the person we are looking for.

Tasks

  • Continuous analysis and identification of potential projects
  • Development and elaboration of a joint strategy considering the respective customer needs
  • Creation of presentations and proposals for construction projects as well as negotiation of contracts and conditions
  • Organization and conduct of product presentations and workshops with customers
  • Intensive support and supervision of existing projects
  • Continuous relationship management as well as identification of future joint projects

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree (college / university) in the fields of electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics / engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management
  • Persistence, high consulting competence, and communication skills
  • Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Limited willingness to travel, as most appointments take place virtually
  • Fluently in Italian and really good English skills
