Sales Force Automation (SFA) Apps Tester (m/f/d)

As a Sales Force Automation (SFA) Apps Tester you will ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our SFA applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SFA applications
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing of the SFA app
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure end-to-end quality assurance
• Validate API integrations with third-party systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for user experience
• Provide feedback on UI/UX improvements for a seamless user experience
• Generate test reports and documentation for tracking application quality over time

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably in CRM or Sales Force Automation applications
• Experience with testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications
• Familiarity with SQL for database validation and API testing tools like Postman
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
