A leading automotive company in Milan is seeking a Sales Department Member to act as a liaison between departments on financial issues and to promote positive customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Economics or Engineering and be fluent in English. This position offers a permanent contract with a focus on creating innovative financial solutions.

We are currently looking for a

Sales Department Member

As part of the Sales Department, you will act as a liaison between internal/affiliate departments on consumer retail/lease and dealer financial issues. Your role involves promoting positive customer relations and resolving dealer-related issues with our affiliates and financial partners.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Wholesale Finance Activities
  2. Monitoring and developing credit lines from both operational and commercial perspectives, in collaboration with the Financial Provider and Risk department.
  3. Managing overdue credit lines through monitoring and tactical actions.
  4. Handling operations related to Demo Cars and Credit Line Insurance Provider management.
  5. Monitoring dealer bank payments to resolve car registration issues, including registration document processes.
  6. Preparing wholesale finance reports.
  7. Supporting dealers to resolve wholesale finance issues.
  8. Retail Finance Activities
  9. Defining communication plans with Financial Providers, Marketing, and Sales Incentive teams.
  10. Supporting the Line Manager in financial campaign planning and negotiations with Financial Providers.
  11. Supporting CRM activities and renewal events.
  12. Assisting in the development of new accessory services and product launches.
  13. Managing financial reporting activities and monitoring KPIs.
  14. Monitoring fixed costs budgets.
  15. Collaborating with sales incentives updates in Kia’s Beat.
  16. Supporting dealers in retail finance issues.
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
