YOUR MISSION

As part of the Regions Team at Glovo Italy, you will work closely with the Head of Region and Account Management Team.

THE JOURNEY

  • Build and scout a prospect portfolio from scratch, negotiating with top local restaurants to serve our customers.
  • Lead negotiations, onboarding, and ensure smooth transition from acquisition to account management.
  • Meet monthly objectives set by the Head of Region.
  • Coordinate sales plans with the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 3 years of high-performance sales experience with complex deals and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and drive change.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Sales hunger and persistence.
  • Motivated, results-driven, strategic, with leadership qualities.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food delivery industry trends is a plus.
  • Experience in startups or high-demand environments is preferred.
