Our client, a global leader in the hotel tourism industry, is seeking an individual who is interested in taking on the challenge of joining a multinational company with over 220 locations and 5000 employees.

What will be your responsibility?

You will be responsible for external sales: attracting, retaining, and cultivating customer relationships through sales visits, follow-ups, and participation in workshops and exhibitions, reporting to the Sales Director.

What daily functions will you perform?
  1. Research and identification of potential business and market trends.
  2. Attracting, retaining, and cultivating customer relationships through sales visits, participation in exhibitions and workshops, generating quotations, following up on customer requests, and providing assistance in event production when necessary.
  3. Maintaining the database/CRM.
  4. Preparing monthly reports on production and activities.
What are the essential skills and qualifications for the position?
  1. Knowledge of customer portfolio management and CRM.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a salesperson in the hotel industry.
  3. Knowledge of the national and international hotel industry market.
  4. Proficiency in English is a non-negotiable requirement. Knowledge of the Spanish language is desirable.
  5. Italian native-bilingual.
  6. Ability to work towards targets, a clear customer focus, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
  7. We are looking for an individual available to work in Rome with the willingness to travel.
  8. A driver's license and a personal vehicle are indispensable requirements.
