Refinery89 is searching for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in Italian markets . If you're motivated by challenges, love the thrill of closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

  • Italian publishers acquisition; from prospecting to closing.
  • Building a healthy pipeline and prioritize for highest value opportunities.
  • Leading the publisher acquisition efforts in Italy by working closely with sales and operational colleagues.
  • Become a trusted contact of your publishers and develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships that earn the loyalty of prospects and clients; short and long term.
  • Maintaining our purposely designed CRM tool; updating leads and clients interactions on a daily basis.
  • Networking.

Some definite pros that will make you stand out :

  • Sales Experience : Ideally 2+ years of sales experience, especially in cold calling, face-to-face and online meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Digital Media Know-How : Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies.
  • Industry Network (nice to have) : Established contacts within the Italy digital publishing media.
  • Experience in a similar role — such as at a Publisher Sales House, Trading Desk, in Customer Service, or at a digital agency — is preferred. Experience at an AdTech company is particularly valued and would be ideal.
