Refinery89 is searching for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the Italian markets. If you're motivated by challenges, love the thrill of closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :
  1. Acquire Italian publishers, from prospecting to closing.
  2. Build a healthy pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  3. Lead publisher acquisition efforts in Italy by collaborating with sales and operational teams.
  4. Become a trusted contact for your publishers and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that foster loyalty.
  5. Maintain our CRM tool by updating leads and client interactions daily.
  6. Engage in networking activities.
Who We're Looking For :
  1. An enthusiastic sales professional who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals and enjoys the rewards of success.
  2. A competitive individual eager to be the top performer each month.
  3. Motivated by challenges with a strong desire to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  4. Native Italian speaker fluent in English to effectively communicate with diverse clients and teams.
  5. A detail-oriented person with a commercial mindset, capable of turning conversations into positive outcomes.
  6. An independent innovator who can work autonomously, adapt quickly, and translate technical features into business benefits.
Preferred Qualifications :
  1. At least 2+ years of sales experience, including cold calling, meetings, email, and outreach via LinkedIn.
  2. Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, and advertising technologies.
  3. Established contacts within Italy's digital publishing media (a plus).
  4. Experience in similar roles at publisher sales houses, trading desks, digital agencies, or AdTech companies is preferred.
