Job Purpose:

Follow the company channel strategy and guidelines, work on local sales channel establishment and operation management. Support sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.

Job Functions:

  1. Explore partnership opportunities to build effective distribution networks based on company strategies and targets. Propose and negotiate bespoke business models to establish long-term partnerships. Secure channel partnerships with proper contracts and agreements.
  2. Collaborate with HQ and local teams to prepare and execute marketing plans through partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
  3. Coordinate sales operations, including logistics setup, sales forecasting, regulatory compliance, and channel support.
  4. Work closely with the product team to feedback market performance and intelligence, driving product enhancements to improve market competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
  3. Experience with Mobile Network Operators is highly preferred.
  4. Experience managing specific channels is an advantage.
  5. Proven success in business development with in-depth understanding of mobile channel operations.
  6. Passionate, self-motivated, result-oriented with good business acumen, high accuracy, confidence, and good communication skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analysis, and project management skills.
  8. Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
