Job Purpose:

Follow the company channel strategy and guidelines, work on local sales channel establishment and operation management. Support related sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.

Job Functions:

1. Explore partnership opportunities based on company sales strategies and targets to build effective distribution networks. Propose and negotiate bespoke business models to establish long-term partnerships. Secure channel partnerships with proper contracts and agreements.
2. Work closely with HQ and local teams in preparing and executing marketing plans through partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
3. Coordinate sales operations, including logistics setup, sales forecasting, regulatory compliance, and channel service support.
4. Collaborate with the product team to feedback market performance and intelligence, driving continuous product enhancement to improve market competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
• Experience from Mobile Network Operators is highly preferred.
• Experience managing specific channels is an advantage.
• Proven success in business development, with an in-depth understanding of mobile channel operations.
• Passionate, self-motivated, result-oriented, with good business acumen, high accuracy standards, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, analysis, and project management abilities.
• Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
