Job Description

Company Description:

Leveraging the strong support by China Mobile, CMI provides comprehensive international telecom services and solutions to enterprises, carriers, and mobile users.

Job Purpose:

Follow the company's channel strategy and guidelines, work on local sales channel establishment and operation management. Support related sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.

Job Functions:

  1. Explore partnership opportunities based on company sales strategies and targets to build an effective distribution network. Propose and negotiate bespoke business models to establish long-term partnerships. Secure channel partnerships with proper contracts and agreements.
  2. Collaborate closely with HQ and the local team in preparing and executing marketing plans through partnerships with various vendors and suppliers.
  3. Coordinate sales operations, including logistics setup, sales forecasting, regulatory compliance, and channel service support.
  4. Work with the product team to provide market feedback and intelligence, and drive product enhancements to improve market competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience with Mobile Network Operators is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing specific channels is an advantage.
  • Proven success in leading business development activities with an in-depth understanding of mobile channel operations.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, with good business acumen, high accuracy standards, and positive attitude. Confident, presentable, with good listening and articulation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analysis, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
