Job Opportunity: Sales Executive

Adecco Sales & Merchandising is seeking a Sales Executive for a prominent client in the air transport industry, operating in Italy for over 50 years. The company continuously strives to enhance service quality and adopt cutting-edge technologies through an advanced fleet and a global network covering all five continents.

Location: Milan (Duomo)

Job Details:

  • Reporting to the Sales Management and the Country Manager
  • Work involves both office-based tasks and frequent travel across Italy and internationally

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients (travel agencies, tour operators, companies)
  • Prospect and generate new leads via calls and emails
  • Plan and conduct in-person visits, participate in industry events and fairs
  • Assist in marketing activities and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure service quality aligns with client needs
  • Manage commercial data using CRM, analyze data, and develop data-driven strategies
  • Prepare proposals and commercial offers
  • Lead negotiations in person and via Sales Teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Experience in B2B sales within airline services for the tourism sector
  • Fluent in English; French knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Office tools and CRM; familiarity with airline ticketing software is advantageous
  • Soft skills: commercial orientation, proactivity, communication skills, team spirit, openness to others' viewpoints

Offer:

  • Initial 6-month fixed-term contract with a gross annual salary between €30,000 and €34,000 (14 monthly payments), with potential for permanence

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, only on-site.
