A rapidly growing sales firm in Monza is seeking a Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate should be a native Italian speaker with good English skills and at least 1 year of sales experience. Responsibilities include client prospecting, running outbound campaigns, and leading negotiations. This role offers uncapped compensation and a flexible working policy with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m / w / d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway :

  • FULL CYCLE POSITION : you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
  • Research and prospect for new clients in Italy.
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.
  • Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
  • Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.
  • Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
  • Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.

Your basic qualifications :

  • You have a native level of Italian + a good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR.
  • No excuses” attitude : you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
  • Hunger : you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day.
  • Proactivity : you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
  • Flexibility : you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
