Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway includes:

  • Managing the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
  • Researching and prospecting for new clients in Italy.
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Presenting our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Presenting live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract.
  • Forecasting sales revenue, providing full visibility of your deal pipeline.
  • Acting as an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events if necessary.
  • Defining quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
  • Working with SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and growth.

Your basic qualifications include:

  • Native level of Italian and good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR.
  • ‘No excuses’ attitude: success depends on you.
  • Hunger: eager to face challenges and raise standards daily.
  • Proactivity: actively proposing solutions and learning from mistakes.
  • Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
