Competenze

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires a proactive approach to market research, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prospect assigned territory, clients, and leads
  2. Assist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visits
  3. Proven success building new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies
  4. Identify and develop new targets to develop regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions
  5. Follow-up and maintain current customers with the goal of increasing revenue and freight volume
  6. Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand
  7. Engage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within assigned region
  8. Meet and exceed designated KPIs regarding client visits via maintenance via the Customer Retention Management system
  9. Engage in market research with sales support teams with the goal of increasing individual sales pipeline
  10. Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements
  1. Minimum High School
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in global sales preferred
  3. Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred
  4. Knowledge about Ocean Freight, Air Freight or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
  5. Fluent English
  6. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  7. Willing to travel up to 25%
