Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for an energetic Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales team.

You can work from home or at our office in Modena.

You will be responsible for developing the Group's turnover in the field of technical parts sales to the electronics industry.

You will support the Sales Department in improving and developing the Group's sales performance.

CIPEM, a subsidiary of ICAPE Group, focuses on custom-made technical parts across more than 10 categories: plastic, metal, batteries, power supplies, cables, keyboards, transformers, etc., serving various industry sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join a strong and stable professional team in a human-scale environment. In an international setting and long-term projects, your main missions will include:

  1. Prospecting new accounts and opportunities to generate new business
  2. Managing existing customers and expanding our activities with them
  3. Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
  4. Preparing quotations and conducting commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers
  5. Coordinating communication between customers and various departments (engineering, quality, customer service, etc.)
  6. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and helping analyze and improve customer satisfaction
  7. Reporting regularly to management on sales results, target achievements, and business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Sales training and/or a degree in Sales or International Trade
  2. Successful experience in selling industrial products, preferably in electronic components
  3. Effective territory management skills
  4. Excellent listening skills and strong customer service orientation
  5. Bilingual in Italian and fluent in English, both written and spoken, to operate effectively in a multicultural environment
  6. Proficiency in software such as SAP (a plus) and CRM
  7. High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without daily supervision
  8. Curious, pragmatic, autonomous, with proven initiative
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous, and autonomous
  10. Pugnacious and persevering, capable of working on long-term projects
  11. A valid driving license for visiting prospects and clients
