We are looking for Sales Engineers (F/M) who will be working for our subsidiary in Italy.
You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect new companies and opportunities.
- Follow existing customers and develop our activities with them.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations and carry out commercial negotiations with both clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, Quality, Customer Service).
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Weekly travel involved to visit customers and prospects; candidates must be willing to travel frequently.
- Report frequently to management about sales results, target achievements, and business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if proven experience; technical degree will be beneficial.
- Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience (electronics sales experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written required).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Open to interfacing with different cultures.
