Senior Sales Engineer – Italy

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across Italy. As a security expert, you’ll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro’s next-gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers in Italy
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutions
• Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations
• Guide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practices
• Influence customer security strategies through technical leadership
• Respond to tenders and deliver product training
• Travel across Italy for client engagements as needed

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focus
• Passion for security and solving customer challenges
• Clear communication and confident technical presenting skills
• Experience with large enterprise environments

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of networking, web/email security, Windows/Linux
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms
