Position Mission

The Sales Engineer acts as a liaison between the commercial, technical, and purchasing departments. Manages customer relationships during the technical specification phase, analyzes market benchmarks, and collaborates on defining costs and prices for engineering solutions and products.

Responsibilities
  1. Define bid proposals with commercial and purchasing teams for various clients and opportunities.
  2. Analyze solutions and competitors' products from technical and economic perspectives, studying market trends (benchmarking).
  3. Support the Technical Office and Commercial Department in presenting customized products and solutions.
  4. Manage customer relationships and analyze feedback with relevant departments.
  5. Collaborate with Production and R&D to define functionalities based on customer needs.
  6. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including international markets.
  7. Work towards achieving commercial and budget objectives set by management.
Technical Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Information, Automation), Mathematics, Physics, or related Masters in Coding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Curiosity about technological topics.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
